Book Recommendations
This is a collection of books that I have found to be helpful and are ones that I often recommend clients read. The ones I recommend depend on what they are working on in therapy, but the list is great for anyone wanting to gain understanding and make some life changes. The list grows slowly as I only recommend books that I have read and found the content to be of a high quality.

Disclaimer:
All of these contain great information on different topics. However, any book that I have put on this list does not mean that I agree with all the viewpoints of that book. Each book makes this list because they have information that I believe can be helpful to its readers. Any book in this list that talks about life changes should be discussed with your doctor first to make sure that it is a good fit for you. Unless it talks about eating vegetables, please eat vegetables.
